I am still waiting for an answer to my first complaint filed last week. I have still not received my merchandise that I ordered on April 08,2014.

I ordered the Ultimate Santoku Knife #FOS1910595 and The Cooking Pleasures Gourmet Ceramic Cookware Collection 10" Skillet #FOS1910511. I would like to receive some kind of an explanation for the delay or non delivery of the products. I have ordered from The Cooking Club of America before with great success.

But now I am very unhappy with them at this time. Just because it was a promotional purchase shouldn't mean that I should not receive them at a reasonable time.
